Charleston-based Blaze Capital Partners purchases 630 Fairview in Simpsonville

Blaze Capital Partners (Blaze), a rental housing investment and development firm based in Charleston, bought 630 Fairview in Simpsonville for an undisclosed sum, the business announced May 12.

The 120-unit, two-level townhome community at 630 Fairview Road offers two- and three-bedroom residences featuring:

  • Open kitchens
  • Walk-in closets
  • Outdoor patios

Its community amenities include:

  • Swimming pool
  • Sun deck
  • Fitness center
  • Playground
  • Barbeque area
  • Bark park

Blaze plans to invest several million dollars into property enhancements at 630 Fairview, including interior unit refreshes and upgrades to exterior curb appeal and community amenities.

Blaze owns properties throughout North and South Carolina, Florida and Georgia, including Halcyon Apartments, a 152-unit garden-style community in Greer.
