Real estate rundown ending August 27, 2021

Aleksandra Makuch joined Coldwell Banker Caine as a residential agent in its Greenville office.

She previously served as a physical therapist and more recently, wellness director of Cascades Verdae.

Makuch is also fluent in both English and Polish.

Bobbie Jo Seaborn joined Rosenfeld Realty Group’s sales team.

She comes to the real estate brokerage from another company where she served as both a buyer’s agent and a listing agent.

Seaborn retired from the Greenville County School District with more than 25 years in early childhood education teaching in K4, K5 and preschool special education.

She also previously worked as a recreation leader and center director with the Dallas Parks and Recreation department.

Seaborn is a graduate of Clemson University and Furman University.

Anna Langston joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Spartanburg office.

She began her real estate career in the multifamily industry, where she worked her way up property manager at an apartment community.

Thomas “Tommy” Tomlinson joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s North Pleasantburg Drive office and will also serve as a listing specialist for the Chet and Beth Smith Group.

He previously worked in the finance industry but interned with several real estate agencies in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Tomlinson has volunteered with Meals on Wheels Greenville and Habitat for Humanity Greenville. He also created a movement entitled “Greenville Strong,” which has raised money to support local restaurants that were struggling due to COVID-19.

He is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
