Integrated Media Publishing names Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a 2021 South Carolina Top Workplace

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by Integrated Media Publishing.

The honor is given based on employee feedback gathered through a third party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC, formerly WorkplaceDynamics, a technology-based employee engagement tools provider. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution and connection.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Energage CEO Eric Rubino. “If COVID-19 taught us anything, it’s that asking questions and listening to employees is critical to navigating this new world of work. More than ever, you need to be more intentional about your culture.”

C. Dan Joyner Realtors ranked first in the state in the large company category and has been named a South Carolina Top Workplace for five consecutive years, every year since the award’s inception in 2017.
