The Cliffs announces a new collection of waterfront homesites at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs

The Cliffs announced on May 10 it has released a new collection of 27 waterfront homesites at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs near Clemson.

Across the more than 600-acre expansion, the homesites, which range from 0.70 to three acres, are all equipped for private docks and feature lake and mountain views.

“As private club real estate continues to stay in high demand, we are pleased to launch this fourth phase of development at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs,” said The Cliffs president Rob Duckett. “Combining ideal, buildable land with incredible views on stunning Lake Keowee, each homesite offers a feeling of seclusion with close proximity to an array of club offerings.”

In addition, South Street Partners, the company that owns The Cliffs, are currently planning a new Lake Club for members of The Landing. The facility will feature a grand lawn area, pools, wellness amenities and a club snack bar.

The Landing members will also have access to other amenities at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs such as the Beach Club, boat rentals, private water sports instructors, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course and practice facility, The Bistro, a wellness center and hiking trails.

Homesites included in this release range from $850,000 to $3.8 million.
