Residential real estate rundown ending April 16

Erica James joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales agent.

She founded The Booty Shop, a female-focused fitness studio and bar in downtown Greenville and is a national motivational speaker.

James is a graduate of Clemson University and the Riley Institute Diversity Leadership Initiative. She also was a member of Leadership Greenville Class 45.

Tonya Robinson joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales agent.

She has worked as a model for years, including with Wilhelmina International Inc., DirectionsUSA and Ursula Wiedmann Models. Through these agencies, she has collaborated with many designers, brands and publications such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Cosmopolitan. She has also provided creative and design input for various projects.

In addition, Robinson is a volunteer and mentor for Pendleton Place in Greenville, which offers programs to ensure child welfare and family stabilization.

Justin Sardinha joined Coldwell Banker Caine as a residential agent in the Greenville office.

He has been a musician and songwriter for 20 years, spent time touring the country and recorded several albums.

Lindsey Hughes joined Wilson Associates Real Estate as a realtor associate.

She has experience in the marketing and advertising industries.

Hughes is a graduate of Clemson University.

 

Kristen Smith joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales agent.

She has served in management roles for multiple retailers. She also worked as a figure skating and power hockey skating instructor, as well as a choreographer and director of various ice skating productions.

Smith is a member of her neighborhood homeowners’ association board, a guild member for Carolina Ballet Theatre, a member of Hemophilia of South Carolina and an advocate for bleeding disorders, especially von Willebrand disease.

She is a graduate of the Metropolitan College of Denver.

 

Aileen Neal joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales agent.

She worked as a graphic designer for Adams Outdoor Advertising and for The Ben Silver Corporation. She also served as a digital content director for iHeart Media.

Neal is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design.
