Homebuilder NewStyle Communities connects with Offerpad to launch partnership in Greenville

Charlotte-based homebuilder NewStyle Communities has partnered with tech-enabled real estate solutions provider Offerpad to serve people moving into NewStyle’s Greenville active adult communities.

Through the partnership, homeowners using Offerpad to sell their current homes have an option to receive a cash offer in approximately one hour through NewStyle Communities or list their home for sale with an Offerpad FLEX agent.
