Clare Carpenter recently received the National Association of REALTORS Green Designation certification. This designation is awarded to agents committed to educating themselves about real estate efficiency and sustainability issues. Through the Green Designation, agents are able to access ongoing education as well as various tools and resources to encourage strides towards green initiatives.
Carpenter has been an agent at Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office since 2017, and she has completed various sustainability courses such as the Climate Realty Project leadership training. Within the Climate Realty Project, she also serves on the 100% Committed committee, which works directly with both city leaders and local businesses in an effort to help the community protect our environment and shift to 100 percent renewable energy.

Larkin Dalpiaz recently joined Wilson Associates Real Estate as a realtor associate. She previously spent almost a decade working in the creative marketing industry with her own social media marketing and content creation business, where she supported Greenville’s small businesses.

Kaleigh Trammell Whims recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner REALTORS as a sales associate in its Pelham Road office. She is a member of the Van Gieson Team and started her career in real estate in 2017. Whims is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate.
